    Thankfully my family loves broccoli. I did know it was very healthy for you containing many vitamins. But, now I learned it lowers cholesterol, relieves arthritis and contains Lutein to improve eyesight. Thanks for letting me know the top 10 health benefits of broccoli.

    I didnt know brocolli had all of these benefits, all I know is we eat a kot of it and everyone loves it. Its a great vegetable and so versatile.
