- ¼ cup Water for sealing
- 1 cup Canola Oil for frying
For Dip:
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Garlic Mayo or Spiced Vinegar
Instructions
How to Wrap:
- We will Using medium size Lumpia wrapper
- Put crab sticks on a wrapper
- Carefully Wrap, roll and seal it with water ( pls. watch the video on how to do it )
- Repeat the process until you finish until done

- Heat in a Fry Pan
- Fry Crab Sticks on medium heat
- Fry each one until golden brown
- Make sure to drain excess oil in a strainer or paper towel
