6i used pork roast instead of beef steak. it was very good and tender. my husband loved it!

You can use both, if you have pressure cooker use it to make the beef tender if not then just boil the beef until tender.

17hi,i just found this site today.. i’m actually checking out for something to cook this week..i’m currently working here in Macau and i really miss Filipino foods..i appreciate you for putting this site coz its really helpful for us..By the way we have different cooking style for beef steak, like when marinating the beef i added an extra ingredient, Sprite. I let the beef boil first with the marinated sauce to make it tender and then that’s the time I fry it with the cookng oil without the sauce of course..I like my beef steak with lots of onions and sauce,not dry and oily..

27hi,,,we are here in the middle of the desert of saudi arabia.we are very hungry,we saw a cow and we killed it and take his meat,but we dont know what recipe is good for this,so i search on net and we found out this site,i take the recipe of beef steak,its very good.this site is very helpful for those on the desert…hehehehehe…thanks guys…
