Ingredients
Gulaman:
- 19 g Clear & Unflavored Gulaman
- 2 cups Fresh Coconut Water
- 2 tablespoon White Sugar
Salad:
- 2 pcs Fresh Young Coconut strings
- 385 g White Nata de Coco drained well
- 340 g White Kaong drained well
- 250 ml All-Purpose Cream chilled
- ยฝ can Condensed Milk chilled
Instructions
~ Coconut Gulaman ~
- Pour Fresh Coconut Water in a pan
- Add Clear & Unflavored Gulaman Powder
- Stir until gulaman powder is fully dissolve
- Add 2 tablespoon of sugar & stir well
- Bring gulaman mixture into a boil
- Transfer in a container & let it cool down to firm.
- Once it's firm, you scrape gulaman into a strings & set aside.
- In a bowl strain White Nata de Coco & White Kaong
- Rinse with water to drain sweet syrup from Kaong.
~ Mixing ~
- In a large bowl combine Coconut Gulaman, Nata de Coco, Kaong and Coconut
- Pour in All-Purpose Cream and chilled Condensed Milk
- Mix until well combined.
- Cover with a cling wrap & refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
