Creamy Buko Melon Salad Recipe
Creamy Buko Melon Salad is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It's light and refreshing yet satisfyingly creamy. So next time you're looking for a unique and delicious salad, give Creamy Buko Melon Salad a whirl. You won't be disappointed!
Ingredients
- 1 pc. Fresh Buko scrape
- 800 g Fresh Melon cubes
- 4 cups Firm Gulaman cubes
- 1 cup Tapioca Pearl cooked Sago
- 250 ml All-Purpose Cream
- 300 ml Condensed Milk
Instructions
~ How to Prepare Gulaman ~
- Prepare 1 Liter of Water (For a firm Gulaman)
- Pour 1 (25g) Unflavored Orange Gulaman into the water
- Stir until powder is dissolved
- Add ยผ cup sugar
- Bring to a boil, keep stirring
- Transfer in a container & let it cool
- Chill to set and slice into cubes
~ How to Prepare Salad ~
- Combine Melon cubes, young Coconut, Gulaman, Tapioca Pearls, all-purpose cream and condensed milk
- Mix well, taste test and adjust sweetness according to your taste
- Chill for at least 2 hours
- Our Creamy Buko Melon Salad with Gulaman is ready to serve & enjoy!
