Ingredients
- 2 cans 155g Tuna Chunks in Oil, drained
- ยฝ cup 200ml coconut milk or coconut cream
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 pcs siling haba green chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoon bagoong
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Saute Garlic and onion saute for one minute.
- Then add chili, tuna drained flakes, bagoong, and saute
- Pour half can of coconut cream or coconut milk then, let it simmer for 4 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for two more minutes until the coconut milk is thickened.
