155g Tuna Chunks in Oil, drained
1/2

200ml coconut milk or coconut cream

tbsp
oil

cloves
garlic
minced

medium onion
chopped

siling haba
green chili, sliced

bagoong
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the pan over medium heat and add oil.
Saute Garlic and onion saute for one minute.
Then add chili, tuna drained flakes, bagoong, and saute
Pour half can of coconut cream or coconut milk then, let it simmer for 4 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for two more minutes until the coconut milk is thickened.
Our Tuna Bicol Express is done, and it smells so good!
