Instructions
~ How to Prepare Gulaman ~
Prepare 1 Liter of Water (For a firm Gulaman)
Pour 1 (25g) Unflavored Orange Gulaman into the water
Stir until powder is dissolved
Add 1/4 cup sugar
Bring to a boil, keep stirring
Transfer in a container & let it cool
Chill to set and slice into cubes
~ How to Prepare Salad ~
Combine Melon cubes, young Coconut, Gulaman, Tapioca Pearls, all-purpose cream and condensed milk
Mix well, taste test and adjust sweetness according to your taste
Chill for at least 2 hours
