i really want this recipe and i tried cooking it numerous time already, but last year i tasted the best maja blanca ever. it was cooked by my very special friend, editha villarino-testa. hmm, yummy.

mann i think i did it wrong..
i let it sit in the saucepan for too long its all sticcckkky…
and the display picture looks nothing like the one i made lol..
