Ingredients

250 g Crab Sticks Imitation thaw
100 g Eden Cheddar Cheese slice
20 pcs Medium Lumpia Wrapper
¼ cup Water for sealing
1 cup Canola Oil for frying

For Dip:

Sweet Chilli Sauce
Garlic Mayo or Spiced Vinegar

Instructions

How to Wrap:

We will Using medium size Lumpia wrapper
Put crab sticks on a wrapper
Carefully Wrap, roll and seal it with water ( pls. watch the video on how to do it )
Repeat the process until you finish until done
This recipe can make 18 pieces Crab Sticks Lumpia

Frying:

Heat in a Fry Pan
Fry Crab Sticks on medium heat
Fry each one until golden brown
Make sure to drain excess oil in a strainer or paper towel
Serve immediately with Chili sauce or Vinegar dip.

Storage:

You can store this Lumpia in a freezer up to month
