    My father is a diabetic, and I will have to share this information with my Mom. I had no idea that guava fruit was associated with fighting toothache.

    I have never seen Guava around here but I have had Guava desserts in Florida. I am not sure I would know how to even eat a fresh Guava fruit.

    oh, how i missed guava, the small ones are my favorite. they tastes better than those large guavas being sold in the malls or in the market stalls

    I tried guava for the first time in Cuba – it is such a delicious fruit! I’ve been lucky to find some in my city, but it is hard to find in northern countries. I’m not surprised it has so many health benefits!

    I have to say that I haven’t tried a fresh guava fruit but I have tried the juice. I had no idea it had so many great health benefits. Have to see if I can find them in our local shops too!
