Sarciadong Tuyo Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 pcs Tuyo fried
- 2 tbsp. Canola Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 med. White Onion sliced
- 8 small Ripe Tomatoes sliced
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Magic Sarap Seasoning
- 8 tbsp. Water
- 3 tbsp. White Vinegar
- 2 tsp. White Sugar
Instructions
- Slice and finely chop 5 cloves garlic
- Thinly slice 1 medium onion
- Thinly Slice 8 pieces tomaotes
- Pour canola oil in a fry pan
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry dried fish (Tuyo) for about 2-3 mins.
- Remove & drain oil in paper towel.
- Pour 2 tbsp. Canola Oil in a fry pan
- Saute garlic until light brown.
- Add in sliced Onion & saute until softened.
- Add in sliced Tomatoes & saute until mushy.
- Add ¼ tsp. Black Pepper and ¼ tsp. Seasoning Granules
- Pour 8 tbsp. Water and 3 tbsp. Vinegar
- Add 2 tsp. White Sugar
- Add more water, vinegar & seasoning to taste.
- Add in fried dried fish & let it simmer for 3 mins.
- Sarciadong Tuyo is ready to serve!
- Serve with steamed white Rice & Scrambled Eggs.
