Magic Sarap Seasoning

White Vinegar

Instructions
Slice and finely chop 5 cloves garlic
Thinly slice 1 medium onion
Thinly Slice 8 pieces tomaotes
Pour canola oil in a fry pan
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry dried fish (Tuyo) for about 2-3 mins.
Remove & drain oil in paper towel.
Pour 2 tbsp. Canola Oil in a fry pan
Saute garlic until light brown.
Add in sliced Onion & saute until softened.
Add in sliced Tomatoes & saute until mushy.
Add ¼ tsp. Black Pepper and ¼ tsp. Seasoning Granules
Pour 8 tbsp. Water and 3 tbsp. Vinegar
Add 2 tsp. White Sugar
Add more water, vinegar & seasoning to taste.
Add in fried dried fish & let it simmer for 3 mins.
Sarciadong Tuyo is ready to serve!
Serve with steamed white Rice & Scrambled Eggs.
