		<description>Sorry, i did not see that you already have the chilies and onion. Sinigang na bangus is one of my favorites and I have not eaten it for years. Bangus is not grown here in South Florida and I&#039;ve been looking but can&#039;t find it even in the fish market.</description>

		<description>You can also substitute guava mix for tamarind mix and don&#039;t forget long green peppers  like banana pepper or anaheim pepper. Pepper adds so much flavor to the sinigang. If you used the guava mix, you don&#039;t need to use tomatoes. I usually add sliced onion for more flavor. If you don&#039;t have the sweet potato tops, you can substitute kangkong or mustasa and may even add  pieces of  banana heart. Happy cooking.</description>
