Hi, I found this site very useful and I like all the recipes that you guyz posted over here. I tried this recipe “leche flan” by baking but it doesn’t turn that good. If you cooked it by oven for 45 minutes it overcooked it.
I will tried it again but now I will try to cooked it for 25 minutes, let’s say what happend. I will update you guys.
