Creamy Milk Pastillas Recipe, your kids will surely love this one…

Creamy Milk Pastillas Ingredients:
  • recipe_yummypastillas 1 ½ cups NIDO FORTIFIED Full Cream Milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • white sugar, (for rolling)
  • cellophane paper

Creamy Milk Pastillas Cooking Instructions:
  • 1. Sift powdered milk into CARNATION Condensada.
  • 2. Add in melted butter.  Mix and blend well.
  • 3. Knead and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes before shaping into small balls or small cylinders.
  • 4. Roll in sugar and wrap in cellophane.Nutritional Content:

    Calories: 137
    Carbohydrates (g): 12.9
    Protein (g): 4.5
    Fats (g): 7.5

    Good to Remember:
    Fortified milk, meat, liver, beans and green leafy vegetables are good sources of iron.  This will prevent children from becoming easily tired due to iron deficiency.
