A simple recipe that doesn’t require you to do so much work, which is exactly what you would want during a hot day, no need to sweat and move around a lot, all you need is a knife to chop the fruits, add some milk, sugar and a blender to mix it all up, and just transfer it to a cup and drink away all the heat.

Guyabano Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh Guyabano fruit seeds removed
- 2 banana frozen
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 3 tbsp. Powdered Filled Milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, add fresh milk, frozen banana, guyabano fruit. powdered milk and sugar
- Puree until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.
- To serve, evenly divide drink into 3 glasses and drink immediately
