Bangus Belly Tempura Ingredients |
- 2 pcs. Bangus (Milkfish) Belly (you can find this in supermarkets)
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- ยฝ cup flour for dusting
- 1 pc egg, beaten
Dip:
- 5 tablespoon white cane vinegar
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pcs Siling Labuyo
Bangus Belly Tempura Cooking Instructions |
- Season the Bangus bellies with salt and pepper.
- Cut into strips. Dust with flour.
- Dip in egg, and roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
Dip:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve with tempura.
