Hash Browns Pinoy Style Recipe, a Filipino version of hash browns using sweet potato

Combine kamote, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, cheese, all purpose cream, bacon, and eggs in a bowl.
Using the palm of your hand shape about 1/3 cup of kamote mixture into a rectangle about 3-4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
Dredge in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Drain and serve.
