Cooking Time: 10 minutes to caramelize sugar plus 30 minutes to steam flan
Servings: 6

Macapuno and Langka Leche Flan Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 pieces eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup macapuno drained
  • 1/2 cup langka preserve sliced into strips drained
  • 1 tsp dayap rind (optional)
