Try this delicious homemade Skinless Garlic Longganisa for breakfast. Best Served with Sinangag, Fried Egg, slices of Cucumber and Tomato with Vinegar Dip.

Oyster Sauce

Banana Ketsup

Atsuete/Annatto Powder

Iodized Salt
to taste

All-Purpose Flour

Canola Oil
for frying
Instructions
~ How to Prepare ~
Combine all the ingredient in a large bowl
Mix well with your clean hands until well blended
Rest Longganisa mixture for 30 mins.
~ Wrapping ~
I'm using a 4.5x6.5 inches Wax Paper
Put 1½ tbsp of the mixture & roll tightly.
Fold both ends to close & seal the Longganiza.
Refrigerate Overnight. Thaw and fry!
(Freeze Longganisa this will last for a month)
~ Let's Fry ~
Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan & preheat on low medium setting.
Thaw & Fry Garlic Longganisa
Fry until golden brown
Smells so good! Our Garlic Longannisa is done :)
Serve while it's hot with fried Rice & Egg!
