pork broth cubes
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil pork using 2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp of salt
This process will eliminate the scum and odor of pork
Boil for 3 minutes, then remove from the pot and set aside
In a pot add 2 tbsp of oil
Saute garlic and onion
Continue to saute until onion is translucent
Add tomato slices and cook for 2 minutes
Add pork slices
Add 1 tbsp of salt and ground black pepper
Mix well
Continue to cook until the fat render (about 5 minutes or more)
Add 5 cups of water then cover
When it starts to boil add Batuan
Cover and boil for 5 minutes
Add radish or labanos
Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Time to press the batuan to get more flavor from it
Add eggplant,string beans then cover and cook for 3 minutes
Add kangkong stems, okra and 2 pcs pork broth cubes then simmer for 3 minutes
Mix then taste it if you still need to add salt
Add salt to taste and add chilis then cook for 1 minute
Add kangkong leaves
Cook for another 1 minute
Serve hot with rice
