TART CRUST:

Butter

CUSTARD FILLING:
150
ml
Hot Water
3/4
cup
Sugar

Eggs

ml
Evaporated Milk

Vanilla Extract
Instructions
~ Tart Crust ~
Slice Butter, then mash to soften.
Add sugar and mix until dissolved
Add eggs, vanilla extract and mix well
Add flour and mix until form a crumbs
Transfer in a cling wrap
Chill dough for 30 minutes
If you don't have a regular Egg Tart Molder you can also use similar molder.
Divide chilled Tart dough into 16 pieces
Fill molder with dough, press at the bottom and around the sides and trim off excess
Poke dough with a fork
Chill dough at least 20 minutes before using
~ Custard Mixture ~
Stir 3/4 cup sugar in 150ml hot water
Beat 4 large eggs
Add sugar syrup mixture
Add 50ml Milk & 1 tsp vanilla & mix well
Strain custard mixture
Fill tarts with custard until almost full
Bake in a pre-heated oven 340F / 170c for 15-20 minutes (I'm using the oven's middle rack)
Transfer in a cooling rack and let it cool down before unmolding
