seaweed

cane vinegar or
Sinamak

garlic

chopped

red chili pepper
Siling Labuyo (optional)

black pepper
Instructions
Wash and clean Lato (Seaweed).
Combine vinegar, garlic, onion, chilies, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Add the lato and toss. Let it stay for at least 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
