115 grams each Pineapple Tidbits
drained then reserve syrup

Ginger
cut into strips

fish sauce

Red Bell Peppermedium sized
cut into cubes

400ml coconut milk

Canola oil
Instructions
In a Fry Pan, add cooking oil
Sauté garlic
Sauté onion until transparent
Fry chicken until light brown
Add reserved Pineapple juice.
Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of Patis
When it boils, add Coconut Milk
and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Stir to mix coconut milk
Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes
Add Carrots simmer for 5 minutes
Add Pineapple Chunks and continue to cook 5 minutes
Add bell pepper and remaining Patis
Add black pepper, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Our Pininyahang Manok is now ready to serve!
Transfer in a bowl and serve with steamed rice and enjoy :)
