Canola Oil
for frying

150g Chili Garlic Corned Beef
2
cloves
Garlic
minced

Onion
sliced
A pinch
Salt & Pepper
to Taste
Instructions
Heat 3 tbsp. Canola Oil in a pan
Add into the pan 1 med. Potato
A pinch of Salt & Pepper, to taste
Fry potatoes until lightly brown & drain in paper towel.
Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp. Canola Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 med. Onion, sliced
Saute until fragrant & softened.
Add 2 (150g) Chili Garlic Corned Beef in the pan
Saute for about 7-8 minutes.
Add fried potatoes and saute for another 3-4 mins.
Our Fried Corned Beef with Potatoes is ready to serve!
Served it with fried rice or hash browns.
