Instructions
~ How to Prepare ~
Peel Sweet Potatoes and cut into chunks
Steam Sweet Potatoes over med. heat until tender, 8-10 mins.
Mash steamed Sweet Potato until smooth
Add sugar and mix while it's warm
Scoop tablespoon of mashed Camote and flatten
Stuff with cheese in the center and roll to make a ball
Repeat the process until done with mashed Camote
This recipe makes 28 Sweet Potato Balls
Beat egg with a pinch of salt
Coat Camote balls with flour and roll in beaten egg
Then Roll it in bread crumbs
Repeat the process until all Camote Balls are breaded

Fry until golden brown
Drain excess oil in paper towel
Frying last batch
~ Tips: ~
Store uncooked Sweet Potato alls in a plastic container & freeze. This will last for 2 weeks, just thaw before frying.
