Grill Sauce

Canola Oil

Soy sauce

Banana Ketchup
Instructions
Combine the following ingredients; chicken blood, salt, Chili flakes (optional) and pepper in bowl, then mix well.
Boil 5 cups of water and pour in the mixture, then mix well.
Drain the water when the blood thickens and let it cool.
Cut the thickened blood mixture into cubes and skewered.
Grill the blood over a charcoal stove for 8 minutes while basting with the Grill sauce.
Serve it with
Sinamak (spiced Vinegar)
and your favorite beer.
