5oz. Mousse Cup or Any Silicone Molder
Instructions
~ Choco Layer ~
Transfer 370ml Crema-Asada (Cream+Condensed Milk) to a mixing bowl
Add 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder to another mixing bowl
Add 1 sachet (10g) Gelatin Powder
Pour ½ cup Boiling Water
Stir briskly to dissolve Gelatin & Cocoa Powder
Pour into Crema-Asada bowl
Stir until well blended
I'm using a 5oz. mousse cups
Divide choco mixture into 8 cups about ¼ cup each
You can also use any silicone molder
Refrigerate for about 35-40 mins. until fully set
~ Cream Layer ~
Transfer 370ml Crema-Asada (Cream+Condensed Milk) to a mixing bowl
Add 1 sachet (10g) Gelatin Powder to another mixing bowl
Pour ½ cup Boiling Water
Stir briskly to dissolve Gelatin Powder
Pour into Crema-Asada bowl
Stir until well blended
~ Assemble ~
Top the Choco layer with Cream Mixture about ¼ cup each
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight
Our Black Sambo is fully set & ready to serve
Unmold in a serving tray
To make it look fancy, pipe whipped cream, top with cherry & chocolate shavings
