Instructions
Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream powder with cold water.
Let it soak for about 1 minute to hydrate.
Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.
Increase the speed to high and continue beating until the cream doubles in volume and forms stiff peaks.
Add Dulce de Leche
Gently fold in the dulce de leche into the whipped cream.
Beat on high speed until everything is well combined and smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
Assemble the Layers
Soak the graham crackers briefly in milk to soften them.
Arrange a layer of soaked graham crackers at the bottom of your 200ml plastic containers.
Layer the Whipped Cream and Toppings
Transfer the whipped cream into a large piping bag for easy layering.
Pipe a generous layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle Dulce de Leche on top.
Repeat the Layers
Add another layer of soaked graham crackers, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
This time, top with crushed walnuts and another drizzle of Dulce de Leche.
Continue layering graham crackers and whipped cream until the container is almost full, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream on top.
Decorate and Chill
Decorate the top layer with a drizzle of Dulce de Leche and melted chocolate chips.
Add chocolate hearts and sprinkles for a festive touch.
Cover the containers with their lids and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
Storage Tips
This dessert can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
For longer storage, freeze the containers, and they’ll last for several weeks.
