Fresh Miki Noodles
wash & blanched
Garnish:
Fried Garlic

Chili Garlic Oil
(For spicy, optional)
Spring Onions, chopped (green part only)
Instructions
~ How to Prepare ~
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute chopped spring Onion until soft & fragrant.
Pour 4 cups Water then, bring water to a full boil.
Drop broth cube & let it boil.
Add fish sauce, stir & adjust according to taste.
Drop 18 pcs in pork wonton in a simmering broth.
Let it simmer for about 10-15mins. or until pork wontons are cooked.
Add Black Pepper to taste.
In another pan Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add Fresh Miki Noodles
Blanch noodles for about 2-3mins. or according to your preference.
Strain noodles & transfer in a serving bowl.
Blanch Bok Choy for about 1-2 mins.
~Let's Serve ~
In a bowl, arrange bok choy on top of noodles.
Pour in light & tasty chicken broth.
Top with pork wontons about 4-6 pcs.
You can also use chicken or shrimp wonton if you like.
Garnish with spring onions & fried garlic.
Top with Chili Garlic Oil if you want spicy.
