Instructions
Drain the fruit cocktail, then slice the fruit into smaller pieces. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 can (370 ml) evaporated milk, 1 pack (250 ml) cream, and 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk.
Add water to the condensed milk can, swirl it, and pour it into the mixture.
Stir until the milk mixture is well combined. Set aside.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired. This is optional.
Use a funnel to fill the ice candy wrappers.
Put about 2 tablespoons of fruit cocktail into each wrapper.
Repeat for all wrappers until they are filled with the fruit and milk mixture.
Pour 1/4 cup milk mixture into each wrapper.
Twist and tie the top tightly to secure.
Continue until all ingredients are used and wrappers are secured.
Trim the excess plastic wrapper.
Freeze ice candy until solid.
Keep frozen until serving.
