Instructions
In a large pan pour Glutinous Rice
Wash it twice then soak for 1 hour and drain water.
Pour unsalted Chicken Stock
Add Turmeric Powder and 1 pc Chicken Broth Cube
Stir well until powder and the broth cube dissolves.
Cook rice on medium heat.
Stir and turn the heat on low until rice is fully cooked, set aside.
~ Saute Meat ~

Pour Canola Oil in a large frying pan
Add slicd onion, 3 cloves minced Garlic then saute until onion is softened.
Add Chicken Thigh, sliced Chorizo Bilbao, and Pork Belly then saute for 2 mins.
Season with Salt & Pepper to taste, saute until meat are cook through.
Add sliced Pork Liver, then saute for 2 mins.
Add Shrimp and a Pinch of Salt & Pepper.
Saute again for 1 min.
Add Bell Pepper, Green Peas, Raisins and Pinch of Salt & Pepper.
Saute for another 1 min.
Add 1/2 Chicken cube and 1/2 cup Water
Stir & simmer for 3 mins.
Add in cooked glutinous rice.
Turn heat on a low flame.
Mix rice thoroughly until well combined.
Keep on mixing for about 7-10 mins.
