Ingredients

Yogurt Mix:

  • 2 125g Buco-Nata Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels drained
  • ¼ cup Pandan Gulaman diced

You Also Need:

  • 1 pcs Popsicle Molders or 8 small plastic cups
  • 4 pcs Wooden Popsicle Sticks
  • 1 pcs Aluminum Foil for wrapping

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sliced pandan jelly and well-drained sweet corn kernels.
  • Mix lightly to avoid pandan jelly from breaking.
  • Fill each Popsicle molder and tap molder on the table to level the fruit-yogurt mix.
  • Cover with Popsicle lid or cover with a foil and insert a wooden Popsicle stick in the center of each.
  • Freeze for 3 hours or overnight until frozen.
