Ube Biko Cooking Instructions: |
Combine ube, condensada, and NESTLE Fresh Milk in a thick saucepan.
Cook stirring constantly until slightly thick.
Add in malagkit and cook until thick.
Spread onto an 8″ banana leaf-lined bilao.
Top with crushed panutsa and grated cheddar cheese for topping, if desired.
Slice and serve with hot tea, coffee, or chocolate.

2i would like to find out the word “panutsa” means??
I love Ube and sweet rice i would love to try it sometime after i know that one ingredient.

3panutsa has many equivalent names…hardened brown sugar, palm sugar, or sangkaka. hope this helps.
