    I’ve never tried the ampalaya, or seen one for that matter. Sounds like it has a lot of health benefits but the side effects sound a bit scary! Do love learning new things though, thanks!

    I have never seen or heard of ampalaya but I am now going to look for it and definitely try it. Anything natural that may help me lose wait I am all for!!!!!!!!!!

    Ampalaya is the real deal, no hype necessary. I eat 3 to 4 grams of dried encapsulated ampalaya daily without any nasty side effects (so far, won’t say that it can’t happen). My father WAS a type II diabetic (for 30 years), until about a month after he began eating ampalaya stir-fry every day.
