Carrot Yema Balls, a new version of yema loaded with vitamins great for your kids.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 5

Carrot Yema Balls Ingredients:

  • carrot-yema.jpg 1 301ml condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup macapuno or langka in syrup
  • 1/3 cup crushed NESTLE CORNFLAKES
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 cup carrots, boiled and mashed
  • 6 pieces egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 180 g condensed milk

  • 1 box tooth pick

  • 100 g sugar
  • 60 ml water

Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe, Cheesecake is a large family of sweet, cheese-based pie. Cheesecakes are generally made with soft, fresh cheeses.   • 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
