Chicken Pandan Recipe ( Filipino Style )

Chicken Pandan Recipe, is a Thai dish, made more pleasing to the palate with this new Filipino style seasoning blend

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus 3 hours to marinate chicken
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4-6

Chicken Pandan Ingredients:

  • chicken-pandan.jpg ½ kg chicken thigh fillet, cut into large bite size pieces
  • 1 fresh pandan leaf, chopped
  • 16 pieces pandan leaves, washed
  • oil for deep frying
    Marinade: Combine in a bowl -
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp NESTLE All Purpose Cream
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

Chicken Barbeque In Oyster Sauce Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
    Good to Know:

    Grilling, stewing, braising, and steaming are examples of healthful cooking methods. It is recommended to cut down fat intake by minimizing frying.

Peking Duck Recipe

peking-duck.jpg Peking Duck, or Peking Roast Duck is a famous duck dish from Beijing, China that has been prepared since the imperial era, and is now considered one of China’s national foods.

The dish is prized for the thin, crispy skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat, sliced in front of the diners by the cook. Ducks bred specially for the dish are slaughtered after 65 days and seasoned before being roasted in a closed or hung oven. The meat is often eaten with pancakes, spring onions, and hoisin sauce or sweet noodle sauce.

Our Peking Duck Recipe is a delicious combination of Peking duck, ginger, plum or Hoi Sin sauce with cucumber and onions, all wrapped up in warm pancakes. Ideal as starter! Try our Peking Duck recipe.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 12 hours
Cooking Time: 3 hours

Peking Duck Ingredients:

  • 12 (shop bought) Chinese pancakes
  • 2 ½ kg duck
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 6 cups (1500ml) water
  • 10 scallions

Dinuguang Manok sa Gata Recipe, Dinuguan using chicken meat and chicken blood made creamier with the addition of coconut milk

Dinuguang Manok sa Gata Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp sliced onions
  • 1 kg. chicken breast fillet cubed
  • 2 8g MAGGI Magic Sarap
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 20g pack MAGGI Sinigang sa Sampalok with Vit. C
  • 1 tbsp chopped lemon grass (white part only)
  • 2 cups chicken blood, mashed and passed through a strainer
  • 2 pcs sili haba
