1 cup dried chickpeas
- 1 (3 lb) chicken, cut in serving size pieces
- 1 lb pork, cut in large cubes
- 2 chorizo sausage, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
