In a small bowl combine the MAGGI Sinigang Sampalok Mix and sugar. Rub pork with the mixture and let stand for at least 20 minutes.
Heat oil and fry marinated pork over very slow heat until golden brown.
Chop pork slices into bite-size pieces and serve with tomato-onion relish.

1i am an ilocano. we call this menu ‘insarabasab’ not ’sinarabasab.’ thanks for sharing anyway. i miss eating this. more power!
