		<description>Nice but try the real Filipino Tocino, as below my uncle has a restaurant in bacold  here is his recipe plan and simply delouse.

 1 Kilo Pork loin Butt or fillet 

175 grams brown sugar

4 cloves garlic minced 

5 table spoons soya sauce 

Procedure 


In a bowl combined all the above and mix well till sugar is dissolved,     slicing  the pork thinly or roll of hammer out flat, and then add to marinade above, mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes add pepper if desired after 30 minutes place on a grill rack under a hot grill, grill till crispy enjoy, if using less than a kilo just use half the amount above</description>
