Macapuno and Langka Leche Flan Recipe, a new twist on a classic Pinoy dessert made so much easier.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes to caramelize sugar plus 30 minutes to steam flan

Macapuno and Langka Leche Flan Ingredients: |

Macapuno and Langka Leche Flan Cooking Instructions: |
Caramelize 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan.
Pour into leche flan mold and spread to coat the bottom.
In a bowl, combine eggs, the remaining 1/2 cup white sugar, milk, macapuno, langka and dayap zest (if using).
Stir well to dissolved sugar.
Pour into the mold and steam for 30 minutes or until set.
Chill and serve cold.

3Thanks for the different kind of recipe, its a twist and i love it. Hope you can provide baking recipes without using the big oven but instead you can use oven toaster and microwave oven.
