Kinulob na Tilapia Recipe, Tilapia Fish cooked in sourish broth flavored and colored with yellow ginger and mustard leaves

Kinulob na Tilapia Ingredients:

  • kinulob na tilapia recipe2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 kilo Tilapia approx. 3 pieces cleaned and scaled
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 25g MAGGI Sinigang sa Sampalok with Gabi
  • 1 cup quartered onions
  • 1/2 k halved ripe native tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup crushed luyang dilaw
  • 150 g mustasa, boiled and mashed

  • NUTRITIONAL CONTENT:

Kinulob na Tilapia Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oil and lightly fry tilapia. Set aside.

  • In a pan put in the water, MAGGI Sinigang sa Sampalok with Gabi, onions, tomatoes, luyang dilaw, and fried tilapia.

  • Simmer for 15 minutes or until fish is done.

  • Stir in prepared mustasa leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
