Heat oil in a wok or casserole. SautÃ© onion until transparent, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic and sautÃ© until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Brown diced pork. Add chicken liver and chicken breast and sautÃ© until almost cooked.
Stir in cabbage. Pour in water and add the stock cubes.
Let simmer over medium heat until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Season with soy sauce.
