Adobo Ingredients:

  • Pinoy Green Papaya Salad 2-1/2 cups papaya
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients and arrange in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.

  • Chill.

  • Garnish and serve cold.
