Filipino Shanghai Rice Recipe, Enhanced fried rice dish which may be dressed up with any leftover.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 6-8

Filipino Shanghai Rice Ingredients:

  • shanghai-rice1.jpg 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Savor Classic
  • 4 cups rice cooked
  • 2 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

    Protein (g):2
    Fats (g):2

Filipino Shanghai Rice Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oil and saute garlic for 2 minutes.

  • Add cooked rice, MAGGI Savor and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.

  • Cook for 3 minutes.

  • Mix well.


  • Cook’s Notes:
    Leftover meat, egg, vegetables etc.,may also be used; toss into rice mixture.
