Having the chicken cubed made the filling a little too airy and I found the crust recipe a little too doughy. It could be something I did. (Not a very experienced cook) but I think ground chicken would be a little fuller and would allow the filling to stand up against the crust.

Hello--

I want to try this recipe. Do you have any tips how to make the dough perfect. I haven't tried baking apple pie, so I don't know. Do I need to knead it?

By the way, I like your site. It's really informative.
