this famous food is known in Batangas City most specially in Tingloy and Taysan somestimes called "bone marrow soup" but here in the philippines its Bulalo

i think something is missing in the recipe by just looking in the picture,it didn’t mention about adding some corn and the cabbage is it napa or the round one. we tried the recipe and added these stuff.very yummy
