Eggs in Oyster Sauce Recipe, Hard-cooked eggs served with a delicious Oriental sauce

Cooking Time: 00:15 (including hard-cooked eggs)

Sauce mix:

Heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
Pour in prepared sauce mix.
Gently add egg halves. Simmer about 1 minute, basting eggs with sauce to prevent from drying-up.
Cook until sauce is thick then garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with steamed rice

1Hi I tried this recipe but I think you forgot to mention
TO PUT IN MORE WATER..
your picture looked like you poured water while cooking it, making it more liquid..
mine is all dried up…
