- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 cups melon balls
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 2 med. apples, cored and cut into cubes
- 1 med. green apple, core and cut into cubes
- 1 med. pear, cored and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup toasted cashew nuts, or any nuts available
- 3/4 cup nestle cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

How to make Kangkong Salad
Filipino Kangkong Salad Recipe is another original Filipino dish. Kangkong is also known as River Spinach, it is a common green leafy vegetable in the Philippines.
Kangkong, a common ingredient in many Filipino dishes. It is a usual leafy vegetable in fish or meat sinigang recipes. Another popular native dish among Filipinos using kangkong is Abobong Kangkong and the famous appetizer Kangkong Fritters.

Many Filipinos celebrate the New Year using firecrackers in spite of the ban because of blast accidents. The loud noises and sounds of merrymaking are not only meant to celebrate the coming of the New Year but are also cast out malevolent spirits.
